Penn Lake Park Borough Community Development Grant Project, generally comprised of the installation of two roadside drainage swales, asphalt paving, and all incidental work related thereto. All construction work is included in one (1) Prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis with alternate bids as indicated in the Bid Form Each Bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a "Bid Security" in an amount of 10% of Bidders maximum Bid price to be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders Bidder(s) attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum wages and salaries in accordance with provisions of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 and contained in the Contract Documents, must be paid throughout the duration of this project. Penn Lake Park Borough does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability or familial status in employment or the provision of services. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price. Penn Lake Park Borough Council reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities in the Bidding. Question Deadline 10/13/2023 at 4:00 PM ET Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing via the selected Electronic Document & Bid Management and Procurement Service using the appropriate "Question" tab.
