Seamless Fluid Applied Roofing System S037-452C Furnish all Labor, Tools, Materials, Equipment, and Incidentals necessary to complete a Seamless Fluid Applied Roofing System on our Central Office, Division of Equipment Building, located at Wilkinson Blvd. Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. Question Deadline 10/10/2023 at 4:00 PM ET All questions shall submitted in writing by the date and time specified. No questions shall be accepted after the date/time listed unless the question(s) is considered material to the procurement. Oral questions will not be accepted at any time except for bid procedural clarifications. The Commonwealth will respond to salient questions in writing by issuing an Addendum to the Solicitation. Commonwealth's response to written questions electronically: October 11, 2023 by 4pm The KYTC Buyer shall require a performance and payment bond from the contractor prior to award of contract if the project exceeds $20,000. The contractor shall furnish a performance bond satisfactory to the Laws of the Commonwealth in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract total. The Commonwealth reserves the right to request clarification of bid responses and/or waive minor irregularities in bids providing such action is in the best interest of the Commonwealth. Where the Commonwealth may waive minor irregularities, such waiver shall in no way modify the RFB requirements or excuse the Offeror from full compliance with the RFB specifications and other requirements if the Offeror is awarded the contract.
