Install TOPAX MC Controller ii. Labor and materials to install system iii. Perform test, calibrate as needed o The Contractor shall include all materials, quantities, devices, equipment and labor to provide a working system, complete in all respects integrated into the building and connected to the Facility's campus where required by project scope. o Contract and/or workers must secure ALL vehicles at ALL times. All equipment must be locked up orsecured in a fashion that would prevent access orremoval from unauthorized persons. If items cannot be secured, then contractor must have a designated employee within five feet of loose or unsecured items at ALL times. NO EXCEPTIONS! o When working inside the buildings on campus, contractors will not allow anyone to piggyback through secured doors behind them. Giving or receiving of any money, gifts or items of any kind with anyone on campus is strictly prohibited. Contractors will not engage in debates and/or arguments or altercations with anyone at any time while on campus. If there is an unfamiliar person or persons showing signs of aggression or sexual harassment of any kind, please notify the operator (by dialing 903-683-3421) or the director of maintenance (by dialing 903-683-7570) for assistance. DO NOT ENGAGE OR INDULGE THE INDIVIDUAL IN ANY WAY. o The Contractor certifies the company has a minimum of five years of experience in the type of work as described in paragraph one (1) above, and has technicians or workers trained and certified in the proposed work. o HHSC will conduct a mandatory on-site visit on the date and time identified in the Procurement Schedule (cover page of the Solicitation) or on the date and time established in subsequent Addenda. The on-site visit will include a review of the solicitation requirements as well as a walk-through of the facility. Attendance is mandatory. Failure to attend in person will result in the disqualification of a Bidder. Bidders not listed on the attendance log will not be permitted to submit a Response o Vendors will verify all voltages, dimensions and connections prior to ordering equipment and materials. Work surfaces/workable areas shall be inspected by the contractor prior to commencing work. All deficiencies found but not covered by this proposal shall be reported to the Facility Plant Maintenance Manager (PMM). Contractor commencing work implies acceptance of work surfaces/workable areas, and any work deficiency shall become the responsibility of the contractor o The Contractor shall be responsible for any repair of surfaces that may be damaged as a result of the installation of the systems, equipment or devices defined in paragraph one (1). This repair shall match the existing surrounding surfaces and provide a seamless transition
