The Project includes the following Work: Phase 1 Edgewater Park Water Main Relocations Relocation of approximately 80-feet of three (3) existing water mains, sized 8-inch, 20-inch, and 24-inch. Existing mains cannot be out of service; therefore, these relocations will be completed on mains. Phase 2 Athletic Park Raw Water Main Relocation Relocation of approximately 1,500-feet of existing 24-inch raw water main through the Athletic Park. The existing raw water main can be taken out of service temporarily to help facilitate connection to the new water main. Raw water main downtime cannot exceed 4 hours. Bid security, in a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the highest aggregate bid Questions must be sent to Beam, Longest & Neff in writing and answered via addendum. Final Addendum will be posted no later than 1:00 pm ET on Friday, October 20, 2023. No questions will be answered after that date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in whole or in part as specified in the solicitation when it is not in the best interest of the governmental body as determined by the purchasing agency in accordance with IC 5-22-18-2. The Owner also reserves the right to waive irregularities in any Bid, and to accept any Bid, which is deemed most favorable to the Owner.
