All questions pertaining specifically to this bid are due by October The project consists of the demolition and removal of Authority owned structure and building located at 5497 Kishwaukee Road, Rockford, IL 61109 (Exhibit D) commonly referred to as the UPS Employment Center. All bidders must possess an appropriate City of Rockford demolition license in order to submit a sealed bid for this project. Successful bidder shall demolish and remove all above ground structure leaving work site void of all protrusions. The successful bidder will be responsible for coordination and disconnects for all utilities associated with this property. All disconnections and abandonments of utilities will be in accordance with each individual utility. Asbestos evaluation and abatement will be completed for this property. Abatement reports shall be made available to the successful bidder as required.
