SCOPE: At Building 62A, Room B65, generally perform the following: 1) Remove two existing Ace MiniPack Semi-Instantaneous domestic hot water generators, 2) As shown on the attached sketch, remove and replace existing cold water, hot water, hot water recirculation, steam, drain, and condensate valves, 3) Replace, if required, existing flanges at points of connection, 4) Provide and install two new ACE Mini-Pack Semi-Instantaneous domestic hot water generators, 5) Remove and reconnect control and line voltage wiring, 6) Apply thermal insulation to piping, valves, and fittings within the points of connection. Existing heat exchanges and related piping are of 1999-2000 vintage. Accordingly, components in the work area are assumed to be non-ACM. Questions answered during the conference or site visit will not be considered official responses. All questions must be submitted in writing by the bidder. All eligible bidders will receive an email containing the official responses to all questions received by the due date.
