The Middle Crossing and North Reservoir are located in east Harris County near the SJRA's Highlands Division Office and are a part of the canal system that SJRA's Highlands Division maintains and utilizes to deliver raw water to its customers. These two locations have significant erosion issues that are an operational reliability and safety concern and need to be addressed. The erosion repairs that will be made at the Middle Crossing and North Reservoir include but are not necessarily limited to levee regrading, riprap installation, and replacement of the existing culvert pipes including concrete end structures and water control gates at both locations to allow division staff to safely operate the canal structures. The deadline for written questions is 11:00 AM CST on October 17, 2023
