Description and location of Project: This Contract provides for the rehabilitation of the Peabody Gate Structure. This includes replacement of 2 stainless steel gates with hand operated actuators, access platform, ladder and appurtenant work. All work shall be done in accordance to MSD's Standard Specifications. The Engineer's Construction Cost Estimate for this project is between $ 125,000.00 and $ 200,000.00 . *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Project Manager for this Invitation to Bid is Quinn Corcoran. MSD SUPPLIER DIVERSITY MINORITY AND WOMAN BUSINESS ENTERPRISE PROGRAM POLICY AND PROCEDURES MANUAL (MBE/WBE PROGRAM) - FOR CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS $200,000 AND GREATER for Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) subcontracting participation, as amended, effective July 1, 2023, MSD has adopted and implemented the revised MSD Supplier Diversity Minority and Woman Business Enterprise Program Policy and Procedures Manual, modifying the MBE and WBE participation goals on construction services and construction-related services, in accordance with the MSD Disparity Study (Study). The revised MSD Supplier Diversity Minority and Woman Business Enterprise Program Policy and Procedures Manual (MBE/WBE Program) is effective July 1, 2023.
