Closing Time: 3:00 PM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/11/15 03:30:00 PM NST The Airport Authority is dedicated to providing the highest level and quality of aircraft ground de/anti- icing services to all users of the CDF. The objective of this RFP is to invite Proposals from experienced Vendors who can demonstrate compliance with the following criteria: Capability, corporate experience and resources to envision, implement, manage and operate a world-class Service at YYT; Demonstrated experience in performing de/anti-icing services of similar scope and size at other Canadian airports (or similar); Demonstrated ability to conduct safe and efficient engines-on de/anti-icing operations; Demonstrated experience in performing collection and processing of de-icing effluent, including potentially recycling of fluids; Financial and organizational capacity to provide and manage the required human resources, equipment, and vehicles necessary to deliver the Service; Proven ability to deliver and manage a world-class training program for all operational and quality aspects of the Service; Demonstrated ability to consistently maximize the effectiveness and productivity of all de- icing/collection operations while minimizing aircraft delay; Ability to provide accurate real-time reporting of the status of CDF operations; Ability to provide accurate and timely budgeting, forecasting and data collection, reporting and retention to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance with all Contract requirements; Ability to operate in accordance with agreed Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs"); Ability to provide excellent customer service; Unwavering commitment to environmental responsibility and stewardship; Ability to supply reliable and industry-proven vehicles, equipment and services required to efficiently and effectively manage aircraft de-icing operations/collection and processing services to meet or exceed the Service Level Agreements ("SLA"); Ability to ensure safety of passengers, property, crew and staff at all times; Ability to establish and maintain open, transparent, effective communications with all stakeholders, including the Airport Authority, NAVCANADA, and air carriers; Record for conducting business in compliance with all Canadian regulatory requirements as well as industry recognized SAE International global de-icing standards; and Record of innovation in both process and technology to minimize glycol usage and mitigate costs, improve operations and minimize environmental impact.
