All RFP's are subject to the requirements of ORS Chapters 279, 279A-C, and 701 and the ordinances, rules, and regulations of Jackson County. Each proposal must contain a statement as to whether proposer is a resident proposer as defined by ORS 279C.430. Question Deadline 10/09/2023 at 5:00 PM PT Proposers shall be familiar with motorsports racing event management and have previous experience managing, promoting, or operating motorsports racing facilities. Contractor will be responsible for all promotions, management, maintenance, and operations of the facility including but not limited to: obtaining all necessary permits and required licenses, providing adequate staffing, scheduling, advertising, food concessions, event management (including providing all required safety equipment and personnel), fee collection, building maintenance, landscape maintenance, track maintenance, and all other tasks normally associated with the management, promotion, maintenance and operations of the facility. Jackson County owns all permanent and affixed improvements to the facility including, but not limited to, the buildings, grandstands, landscaping, speakers, overhead lighting, LED scoreboards, , and fencing, in addition to the PA system equipment and timing system equipment (timing system is not currently installed, as current operator is using another system). The current concessionaire owns equipment not affixed including, but not limited to, concessions equipment (e.g., grills, portable shade covers, coolers, etc), and track maintenance equipment/vehicles. Contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment required to perform the duties related to this RFP. Contractor shall be required to pay all utility costs, including electricity, phone, internet, garbage, refuse collection, potable water, irrigation, and sewer services
