Verbal questions/comments shall not be addressed at any time The School District of Greenville County (District) invites interested firms to submit a SEALED BID for an LED Lighting Retrofit Program at Riverside High School located at 794 Hammett Bridge Road, Greer, South Carolina 29650 SOLICITATION SECURITY Bidders shall submit Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid. The Bid Security must be in the form of a Bid Bond or Cashier's Check payable to The School District of Greenville County. No personal checks, company checks, or cash will be accepted. Bid Security shall be submitted with the bid or the bid will be considered nonresponsive and not subject to an award. PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS Prior to work commencing, the successful Prime Contractor(s) shall provide the SDGC Facilities Department Project Manager with Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the awarded contract cost.
