Reference Number 0000256941 The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Asset Management Division, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide snow clearing, snow hauling and sanding services (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for: Dauphin Land Titles Office 308 Main Street S. Dauphin Provincial Office Building 27-2nd Avenue SW. Dauphin Court House 114 River Avenue W. Commercial general liability insurance covering claims for personal and bodily injury, death, or damage to property arising out of any of the operations of the Contractor or its officers, employees or agents providing Services under the Agreement, or as a result of any negligent acts or omissions of the Contractor or its officers, employees or agents. This insurance shall have a minimum coverage of five million dollars ($5,000,000.00) per occurrence, name Manitoba, its Ministers, officers, employees and agents as additional insureds relating to the Services provided under the Agreement, and contain a cross-liability clause and provide coverage for premises and operations, completed operations, blanket contractual, extended bodily injury, broad form property damage, and non-owned automobile liability Agreement Term: November 1, 2023 - October 31, 2026 Two (2) Additional one (1) year option periods available Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
