Reference Number 0000256955 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/10/19 02:00:00 PM CDT The Contractor shall take care to ensure that no damage is done in performance of their services, paying particular attention to trees, shrubs, and building exteriors. Should damage occur, the Contractor shall report such to the Owner and will be responsible for repairing such damage to the satisfaction of the Owner. Should the Contractor fail to repair such damage in a timely manner or to the satisfaction of the Owner, the Owner will have the authority to proceed with the required repairs, at the cost of the Contractor. The Contractor will repair at its own cost and expense any turf damaged while performing grass cutting and trimming. The repairs shall be performed by applying and levelling topsoil and seeding the repaired areas with grass seed conforming to Canada No. 1 mixture of 60% Kentucky Bluegrass and 30% Creeping Red Fescue and 10% Perennial Rye seeded at the rate of 1.0 kg per 135 square meters. The agreement will be for a term of three (3) years commencing April 1st, 2024 and terminating October 31st, 2026 (Initial Term). The Owner will have the option to extend the term for two (2) further terms of one (1) year each. For greater clarity, the term of April 1st, 2027 to October 31st, 2027 is Option Year 1 and the term of April 1st, 2028 to October 31st, 2028 is Option Year 2.
