The Contractor shall furnish all , articles, parts, and supplies, etc. necessary to perform the required services for bi-annual Preventive Maintenance (PM) service, and emergency repair for Soft Starters with all associated assemblies and appendages. This shall include, but not be limited to, personal protective devices (such as gloves, goggles, safety shoes, etc.), and other miscellaneous equipment, tools, vehicles, ladders, etc. The City shall not provide any equipment necessary to complete the job. Contractor(s) shall be responsible for the removal, cleaning, transporting, repairs, testing, and re-installation of soft starters. Question Deadline 10/19/2023 at 3:00 PM CT The City's intent is to award this solicitation in its entirety, but the City reserves the right to award in the method that is most advantageous to the City. The City reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a solicitation response is responsive. City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities or discrepancies in any solicitation response as may be in the best interest of City. Late bids will not be considered for award.
