The Town of West Springfield, through its Central Maintenance Department, is seeking bids from qualified contractors to supply and install approximately 660 feet of chain link fencing for the Mittineague Park Tree Nursery Job Location 1695 Westfield St, West Springfield, MA 01089 General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Payment Bond 50 % -- Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a licensed surety company, or a Certified check, or a Treasurer's or Cashier's check in the amount of five (5%) percent of the base bid payable to the Town of West Springfield. A Payment bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price will be required of the Successful Bidder if the contract is more than $25,000.00.
