This project involves the supply of all labour, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the replacement (including supply, delivery and installation) of three (3) insulated overhead doors for the City of Cornwall's Fire Services Division, Fire Hall 2 located at 1351 Second Street East, Cornwall, Ontario as per the specifications herein. Scope of work includes: 1. Removal of existing insulated door and window sections and replacement with 14-2 x 14-3 Wayne Dalton TS200 insulated commercial overhead doors, each complete with the following: a. Standard lift b. Solid shaft c. Weatherstrip d. 100,000 cycle springs e. 2 full view thermal sections 2. Removal of existing shaft and springs. 3. Removal and replacement of existing rails. 4. Disconnection of sensors and reinstallation on new door. 5. Disconnection of existing operator and reinstallation on new door. 6. Disconnection and reconnection of electrical power to the operator. 7. Removal and disposal of all waste and surplus materials, and existing components that are removed and not reused. 8. Leave the job site in a clean state.
