Concrete Walk 41,300 Sq. Ft. Bituminous Walk 121,000 Sq. Ft. Storm Sewer 14,500 Lin. Ft. Drainage Structures 1,100 Lin. Ft. Water Main 3,500 Lin. Ft. Sanitary Sewer 400 Lin. Ft. Sanitary Manholes 70 Lin. Ft. Bridge Construction 2 Each Traffic Signal System 2 Each. Sanitary Sewer (Gravity), Water Utilities, Roadway Pavement Markings, Drainage, Roadway Lighting, Aggregate, Retaining Walls, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, ADA Curb Ramps, Pavement Removal, Grubbing & Clearing, Traffic Control Devices (Signals, Signing, etc.), Bridges/Overpasses, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete) Said construction generally consists of roadway, bridge construction, lighting, signing and striping, tms signing, water and sewer utilities, storm sewer, and turf establishment. Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Bidders Bond Naming the City of Maple Grove as Oblige, Certified Check Payable to the City Clerk of the City of Maple Grove or a Cash Deposit Equal to at Least Five Percent (5%) of the Amount of the Bid, Which Shall Be Forfeited to the City in the Event That the Bidder Fails to Enter Into a Contract. The Council Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Irregularities and Informalities Therein and Further Reserves the Right to Award the Contract to the Best Interest of the City.
