The City of Kirkwood (hereafter noted as "the City") is requesting sealed qualifications for Kirkwood Community Center Abatement . Qualified Firms (hereafter noted as "Firm") are invited to submit sealed qualifications to provide Kirkwood Community Center Abatement for the City of Kirkwood in accordance with the specifications contained herein. General information and instructions to respondents are contained herein. The City of Kirkwood, Missouri is accepting sealed bids for Hazardous Materials Abatement for the Kirkwood Community Center Renovations, located at 111 S. Geyer Road, Kirkwood, MO 63122 The City reserves the right to reject any or all the bids, to waive technicalities, to award any bid that is most advantageous, and to make investigations concerning the experience and ability of the bidder to perform the work. Bids shall be on forms included in the package and shall be signed by an authorized officer of the company. Bids will not be considered unless they are prepared electronically Question Deadline 10/6/2023 06:00 PM (ET). All questions pertaining to this opportunity must be asked electronically. The City is not permitted to answer any questions regarding a solicitation via Email or Phone. Please submit all questions prior to submission of bids electronically. If necessary, any bid addendum will be issued no later than 2:00 PM on October 10, 2023, to all plan holders. SCOPE - Hazardous Materials Abatement The City of Kirkwood is in the process of selecting a General Contractor for the renovations to the existing Community Center building. Phase 1 Scope of Work includes renovations to the West Gymnasium, first floor lobby, ice rink warming and dining room, ice rink restrooms, sitework and exterior. Phase 2 Scope of Work includes renovations to the East Gym, first floor restrooms, elevator, 2nd floor, and 3rd floor.
