Owner: Broome County Land Bank Corporation Owner's Representative: Ms. Jessica Haas, Executive Director. Architect: Keystone Associates Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, LLC. Architect's Representative: Ms. Jamie Berkeley-Hartjen, R.A. Retain "Construction Manager" Paragraph below if Owner has engaged a construction manager. Provide brief description of Project scope and budget to give potential bidders information to help them decide if they will consider bidding Project. If required, include subparagraph indicating estimated construction cost. Project Description: Project consists of: Selective demolition Building Insulation Window replacement Roof replacement Kitchen and Bathroom remodel Electrical upgrades New mechanical equipment Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: General Construction Contract. Shipping: Documents will be sent UPS Ground upon receipt of a separate, non-refundable shipping and handling payment of $25.00 for each set payable to Dataflow, Inc. Bidders have the option to provide Dataflow with Bidder's UPS or FedEx shipping account number to expedite delivery of documents. Online Procurement and Contracting Documents: Obtain access by contacting Dataflow, Inc., (607) 772-2001. Online access will be provided to all registered bidders and suppliers. Viewing Procurement and Contracting Documents: Examine at the locations below: Dataflow, 19 S Washington Street, Binghamton, NY 13903; (607) 772-2001. Keystone Associates Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, LLC, 58 Exchange Street, Binghamton, NY 13901; (607) 722-1100. Bidders who have paid the aforesaid deposit for an entire hard copy set of Bidding and Contract Documents; have submitted a Bid with required bid security; and return such sets including all addenda, to Dataflow, Inc. in GOOD CONDITION within thirty (30) days after the opening of Bids, shall receive a refund of the full amount of such deposit for one (1) set. If retaining option in paragraph below, coordinate with the Contract Documents. Liquidated damages are typically listed in the Supplementary Conditions. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Retain and revise first paragraph below if prequalification of bidders is allowed and advisable for Project. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work.
