Bidders shall be licensed in accordance with Chapter 444, HRS, relating to the licensing of contractors. The Contractor and his Subcontractor(s), if any shall comply with all applicable revisions of the prevailing wage rate schedule as required under Chapter 104, H.R.S. the liquidated damages shall be two thousand three hundred and No/100 Dollars ($2,300.00) per day for each and every calendar day of delay, including Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, in the completion of the Contract, Surety bond underwritten by a company licensed to issue bonds in this State; (2) Legal tender; or (3) A certificate of deposit; share certificate; or cashier's, treasurer's, teller's, or official check drawn by, or a certified check accepted by, and payable on demand to the Director of Finance-County of Maui by a bank, a savings institution, or credit union insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or the National Credit Union Administration. The work of this Contract comprises the War Memorial Football Stadium Rehabilitation project, P21/002, at, at TMK: (2) 3-8-007:055, Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii, to include but not be limited to miscellaneous repairs, replacements, waterproofing, and repainting at the following structures: Paia Bleachers, Wailuku Bleachers, Waihee Bleachers, Kahului Bleachers, Press Box, Concession Building, Restroom Building, Electrical Pavilion, Miscellaneous Storage Shed, Sound Equipment Storage Shed, Ticket Booth A, Ticket Booth B, ADA Ramp, (2) Broadcasting Platforms, Score Board, Wooden Stairs, and (2) Field Goals. B. The Contractor is required to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, services, and transportation necessary and incidental to construction operations for the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor is required to provide work not indicated on the drawings or expressly required by the specifications, but which is manifestly necessary for proper, full, and faithful performance of the Work in accordance with the intent and meaning of the Contract Documents.
