Rutledge Tower (RT) - Outpatient Infusion Clinic Contractors shall be licensed in accordance with the provisions of Sections 40-11-10 through 40-11-330 and Regulations 29-1 through 29-110 of the S.C. Code of Laws. With the exception of licensed fire sprinkler, burglar alarm and well drilling contractors, the exemptions under Section 40-11-340 do not apply. All work shall be substantially completed (as evidenced by the date on the Certificate of Substantial Completion) within: Ninety Days (90) Calendar Days from the Date Of Commencement set forth in the Notice to Proceed, subject to adjustments as provided in the Contract Documents. The undersigned further agrees that from the compensation to be paid, the Owner shall retain as Liquidated Damages the sum of Five Hundred _dollars ($500.00) for each calendar day the actual construction time to achieve Substantial Completion exceeds the specified or adjusted Contract time for SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION as provided in the Contract Documents. Bid Security: Unless otherwise provided in the Bidding Documents, the undersigned shall enclose Bid Security in the amount of not less than Five (5) Percent of the Base Bid. Performance & Labor And Material Payment Bonds: Unless otherwise provided in the Bidding Documents, PERFORMANCE & LABOR AND MATERIAL PAYMENT BONDS, each in the amount equal to 100% of the Contract price, shall be required of the successful Bidder if the Contract is awarded.
