A timeline for award has not yet been established SFY 2022 Road Resurfacing/Improvement Project West 8th Street and Borough Utility Replacement Project: The Project Involves Approximately 1346 Tons Of Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement Courses, 4680 SY Pavement Milling, ten (10) Drainage Structures, 630 LF of 8-inch and 181 LF of 12-inch Drainage Pipe, 1150 LF of C-900 8-inch water main, 1075 LF of water service connections, three (3) hydrants, four (4) 8-inch gate valves, two (2) 8-inch insertion valves, two (2) 6-inch insertion valves and Restoration Including Road Restriping, Driveway, Restoration, Landscaping and Cleanup. A Buy America Compliance Plan is required to confirm that the material meets the Buy America requirements and the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act A BID BOND drawn to the order of the Borough of Barnegat Light in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the amount of the Bid, but no more than $20,000.00, must be submitted with the proposal as BID SECURITY, pursuant to Local Public Contract Law . Bids may be submitted by mail or in person at any time prior to the time for receiving and opening the same. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of The Borough of Barnegat Light reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any and all bids.
