Reference Number 0000256874 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/10/12 12:00:00 AM CDT The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure, requests Quotes from qualified Proponents meeting the requirements contained in this (RFQ) for: Generator Preventative Maintenance Plan at Shellmouth Dam Semi-annual maintenance and service is required on the Standby Generator at Shellmouth Dam. Service Providers will be selected based on lowest price. The details of the Services are more particularly described in Appendix A. The service agreement will expire on March 31st 2026. The Service Provider agrees to obtain and maintain, at its cost, throughout the term of the Agreement, and in the case of claims-made policies for a period of at least twenty four (24) months following completion of all Services under this Agreement (to provide a claim discovery period), the following insurance: commercial general liability insurance covering the Services provided by Service Provider or its officers, employees, subcontractors or agents under this Agreement; such insurance shall: provide a minimum of Two Million ($2,000,000.00) per occurrence limit of liability professional liability insurance for all professional consultants engaged or employed by the Service Provider or its subcontractors providing the Services with minimum limits of liability of two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) per occurrence or claim automobile liability insurance covering all licensed motor vehicles owned, hired, or used by the Service Provider, or its officers, employees, or subcontractors in the performance of Services under this Agreement, with limits not less than Two Million ($2,000,000.00) Dollars per occurrence.
