Outline o f Work: Installation o f traffic signal backplates with yellow reflective strips and supplemental signal heads at three intersections in Bangor, two intersections in Brewer, and one intersection in Orono. A Contract Performance Surety Bond and a Contract Payment Surety Bond, each for 100% of the Contract price, will be required of the successful Bidder. This Contract is subject to all applicable Federal laws and to compliance with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program requirements as set forth by MaineDOT.
