Robinson, P.E. of Eclipse Engineers, PLLC, 113 West Mt. Vernon Street, Somerset, Kentucky 42501 (606-451-0959) as stated in the Specifications or by email to arobinson@eclipseengineers.net. Each Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to City of Somerset, 306 East Mt. Vernon Street, Somerset, Kentucky 42501. Each envelope containing a Bid must be plainly marked on the outside as College Street Sanitary Sewer Pump Station Replacement, and the envelope shall bear on the outside the BIDDER'S name, address and license number (if applicable), and date and time of opening. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the Bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the City of Somerset. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each BIDDER must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No BIDDER may withdraw his/her Bid within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
