Includes, but is not limited to, providing all supervision, labor, materials, tools, supplies, insurances, bonds, hoisting, scaffolding, safety controls, etc. to provide a complete work package of the above-mentioned Summary of Bid. The following is a list of items to be included in your proposal. Please refer to the contract documents for further requirements. This list, in no way, relieves the bidder of responsibility or the liability of items not listed that are "typical" to the scopes of work covered in this bid package. Bidder is to assume that the following is provided and installed by the bidder including all labor, equipment, and materials. 1. Provide and install Thermoplastic Membrane roofing system complete (including underlayment, rigid insulation, and tapered insulation, etc.). 2. Provide and install all roofing accessories (vents, flashings and counter flashings, cap trim, walk pads, etc.) per the contract documents. 3. Provide and install scuppers, collection boxes, gutters, downs, splash blocks, etc. as required by the contract documents. 4. Provide Roof fall protection and Accessories as a part of this bid package. 5. Provide and install all cants, tapered insulation, rigid insulation and nailer boards, cover boards, underlayment, etc. as required by the contract documents. 6. Provide and install all wood blocking as required at roof perimeter, cap flashing, and expansion flashings. 7. Provide safety and fall protection to meet the OSHA Standards. 8. Provide daily clean up. 9. Provide loading and unloading of all materials associated with this scope of work. 10. Provide and install all joint sealants at dissimilar materials as related to this scope of work and as shown in the contract documents. 11. Provide and install roof access hatch. 12. Scope to include parapet cap at all parapets to be flashed with TPO roofing. Provide blocking required for these caps. 13. Flash in scuppers. Collector Boxes and downspouts by others. Project consists of a new stand-alone activity center/gymnasium and safe room for an existing high school campus.
