The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process, and to award more than one contract bid bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of the total bid price payable to the Owner This Project requires does not require prequalification pursuant to AB 1565 of all general contractors and all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and any contractor submitting a bid under any of the following License Classifications (A, B, C-4, C-7, C10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46).
