Purpose : This contract consists of the inspection, examination and testing of all parts and functions of the installations to ensure that they operate adequately and safely. The service provider carries out all the work and services set out in this descriptive estimate to one or more administrative units indicated in the estimate. Start date of the contract: Upon award Contract duration: Three years. Email:: srm.agcc@cssp.gouv.qc.ca VALIDITY OF SUBMISSIONS The submission is valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the opening date of submissions with an extension of 10 days maximum upon request from the CSSP Any bidder interested in concluding a contract worth $25,000 or more with the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION must hold a certificate from Revenu Québec (ARQ). The bidder must submit the certificate (ARQ) to the CSSP with his bid when submitting it, otherwise the bid will be automatically rejected. The Revenu Québec certificate must be valid until the end of the 3-month period following the month in which it was issued. The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification made by a BIDDER, if this request is sent to it less than three (3) working days before the date and time set for receipt of bids. The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION does not undertake to accept any of the submissions received.
