This project consists of the mill and overlay of McCulloch Blvd. between the London Bridge and Smoketree Ave, Swanson Ave. between US 95 and Smoketree Ave, Smoketree Ave. between Swanson Ave and Mesquite Ave, and Riviera Blvd. between Swanson Ave. and Palo Verde South. Water main replacement is also included within Swanson Ave between Magnolia Dr. and Capri Blvd. and Riviera Blvd. between Swanson Ave. and Palo Verde South. The water main replacement consists of replacing of the existing main existing hydrants and services will be maintained and reconnected to the new main.
