Construct a 0.10 wastewater treatment plant with a lease / purchase option. 1. Preparation of submittals. 2. Deliver, off load and set all equipment on accessible foundation(s). Foundations to be provided by others. 3. (1) 36'O x 13'-2" tall Clarifier, with internals, access bridge, components, drive unit with torque monitoring device, and local control panel with starter: a. Clarifier panel shipped loose for installation by others. b. Sand and grout. c. Sump shall be buried. Underground sludge piping shall be provided and installed by others and stubbed-up 18" above finish grade at airlift locations. 4. (2) 52-ft x 12-ft x 12'-2" tall combination Aeration/Digester Basins. Each tank shall include: a. Air header with diffuser drop assemblies. Drop assemblies to include 2-inch SP2 diffusers with drop pipes (HDG), ball valves, and supports. b. (1) 3-inch tank drain with gate valve. c. (1) 3-inch sludge draw-off nozzle with quick-disconnect. d. (1) 3-inch decant swivel arm assembly. 5. (1) 22-ft x 11-ft x 11'-2" tall Chlorine Contact Basin. Basin shall include: a. (Lot) baffle walls. b. 18" effluent nozzle with flange. GC to connect effluent piping to flange on the tank. c. Air header with drop assemblies including SP-1 coarse bubble diffusers. d. (Lot) 2-inch drains with brass gate valves. e. V-360 mixing device. 6. (1) Manual bar screen, with influent force main nozzle. Force main piping to nozzle at box shall be by others. 7. Above-ground, interconnecting valves, piping, fittings, and appurtenances, limited to Aeration Basin transfer pipe, Clarifier influent/mixed liquor piping, Clarifier effluent piping, airlift discharge lines, and air lines from blowers to Aeration, Digester, and Cl2 Basins. a. (Lot) miscellaneous supply lines to air lifts. b. Pipe supports as necessary. Concrete pads/pedestals for pipe supports shall be by others. 8. Airlifts, including RAS, WAS, scum, and decant airlift pumps. Underground sludge piping and underground decant piping shall be by others; sludge/decant piping shall be stubbed-up 18" above finished grade at airlift locations. 9. (2) Centrifugal Blowers, with blower accessories, including blower discharge header and valves, enclosures and local panel for blowers. a. Local panel to be shipped loose for installation by others. b. Blower equipment slab to be provided by others.
