Project includes the following Scope of Work Pull and inspect column, shaft, and bowls. A) Make repairs/replacements as needed to column, shaft and bowls Brush and bail well Complete video inspection of well Original well drilled to 498'. 20 casing 0-205', 16" casing 199-498. Perforations - Mills 5/16x2" 246-303', 405-495. Install two 1.5" PVC tubes for level sensor. 5) Install new level sensor Reinstall pump and motor and startup. Well yield 4500 gpm/36' drawdown Pump setting 160' water lube Alternate Bid Item Service motor Pull motor. Inspect motor coils, bearings, and general condition Rewind motor as needed. Make other repairs as needed. The Work will be Substantially Complete by May 1, 2024.
