Waller Independent School District is requesting Statements of Qualifications from General Contractors for Construction Manager-at-Risk services for construction of the District's Priority One Projects as part of its 2022 Bond Referendum, consisting of projects at eight (8) District locations, with a total estimated construction budget of $40,102,946.00. It is the responsibility of all interested proposers to read through all of the documents under the Attachments tab. Questions about the projects and/or regarding the RFQ should be directed in writing via email to Scott Walker at swalker@wallerisd.net. Questions will be accepted through 5:00 p.m. on October 9, 2023. The District reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications and waive any irregularities, informalities and/or discrepancies within the Proposal process and to make any changes and awards to any contractor if deemed in the best interest of the District. By submitting a Proposal, contractors agree to waive any claim they may have against the District and the Architect/Engineer and their respective employees arising out of or in connection with the administration, evaluation, or recommendation of any Proposal; waiver of any requirements included in the Proposal Documents; and acceptance or rejection of any Proposal; and award of a Contract.
