Tower Mounted Foliage Penetration Radar Request for Information (RFI) Synopsis: The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) C5ISR Center is seeking information from industry regarding scalable Foliage Penetration (FOPEN) Radar technologies to support Tower Mounted Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI) Radar Operation. The C5ISR Center is seeking information on advanced concepts and capabilities for: Scalable and/or reconfigurable RF Antenna Apertures that can be integrated onto towers and or tall buildings. Scalable and/or reconfigurable Receiver/Exciters (REXs). Scalable and/or reconfigurable Back-End Processing. Radar modes Target Classification Algorithms Response Due Date: 26 OCT 2023 Requested Information: The C5ISR Center requests the following information for each precision reference system: 1. Submission of proprietary and other sensitive information shall be marked and identified with disposition instructions (submitted material will not be returned). The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
