Reference Number 0000256780 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/10/12 05:00:00 PM EDT The Place de Portage III facility was built in the 1970's and will be rehabilitated into a modern complex to update and modernize the base building services. It consists of nine (9) towers varying from 3 to 18 floors, which includes a connecting 3-storey bridge over Maisonneuve Boulevard. The anticipated Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Supply and installation of concrete, reinforcing steel, carbon fiber reinforcement, removal of walls (all stories), curbs, housekeeping pads, ramps and cast-in-place concrete steps, slab on grade, concrete infills, drilling and doweling for seismic reinforcement, various deteriorated concrete/epoxy repairs, temporary shoring, and other elements to facilitate new concrete upgrades. Stage 1 base building includes Towers B3, B1, C1, C2, D and is currently ongoing. Stage 2 includes Towers A1, A2, B2, E. Based on the available design information, the preliminary estimated costs for the various tender packages are CAD $14,000,000. During construction of this project, there will be several other projects on-going. Work of this project must be coordinated accordingly between these concurrent projects, while maintaining the required separation of time and space so that the responsibilities associated with "Constructor" remain with the Construction Manager.
