The services of a licensed and qualified marine contractor for the maintenance dredging of se7en wetlands in Polk County, Florida. The work consists of furnishing all , materials, equipment and performing all tasks necessary for the excavation, handling, and disposal/reuse of accumulated sediments within the project area. Two areas have been identified within the citys wetland treatment system that will require maintenance dredging (mechanical or hydraulic) to restore the proper function of the treatment system. It is estimated approximately 20,000 cubic yards of material will need to be removed. The bids submitted and the contract, if awarded, shall be in complete accordance with this invitation to bid and the attached project specifications, without limitation, and all codes, requirements, and regulations referenced therein. Two areas have been identified within the citys wetland treatment system that will require maintenance dredging (mechanical or hydraulic) to restore the proper function of the treatment system. It is estimated approximately 20,000 cubic yards of material will need to be removed.
