The Work locations are: Provincial Road 229 from Provincial Trunk Highway 6 to Provincial Trunk Highway 17 Provincial Road 419 from Provincial Trunk 6 to Provincial trunk Highway 17 Provincial Road 418 from Provincial Road 419 to Provincial Road 417 Provincial Road 512 from Provincial trunk Highway 68 to Provincial Road 419 Provincial Road 642 Oak Point Access The Work is fully detailed in the Reference Documents on the following page of this Tender. Completion Model The Contractor Shall Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages Pass Kilometer A Liquidated Damage of Fifteen Hundred ($1.500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Will Be Assessed to the Contractor for Snowplowing That Has Not Been Completed Within 48 Hours Following Notification From the Contract Administrator (Ca). Liquidated Damages Shall Continue to Be Assessed Daily Until the Assigned Project is Complete. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: March 31, 2024. For the 2023/24 winter season, Snowplowing and other winter activities will commence on or about November 1, 2023, and will continue until March 31, 2024.
