Community of Phippsburg Wastewater Treatment Plant Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Prequalification of Contractors for the Wastewater Treatment System Improvement Project Pre-Qualification: Yes The Routt County Environmental Health Department owns and manages the wastewater treatment system for the Community of Phippsburg. The facility is rated to treat 30,000 gallons per day. It is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified contractors to replace the existing wastewater treatment system. The new facility will feature a containerized Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) treatment process. The existing 1980s lagoon treatment system will be emptied of its contents and decommissioned.
