In accordance with the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter 2269 Subchapter D, Competitive Sealed Proposal Method, and Rules and Procedures adopted by the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC), TFC is soliciting proposals for interior renovations to Camp Hubbard building CH6 located at 3712 Jackson Avenue in Austin, TX, for projects 20-024-2517 and 21-008-2529. Construction is required to commence within five (5) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. The contract period is projected for a term of two hundred ten (210) calendar days except as may be otherwise amended or negotiated. Provide all materials, equipment, labor, coordination and supervisory activities necessary to complete construction of the project, limited interior and exterior renovations to Camp Hubbard Building CH6 which includes, but is not limited to the following scopes: select demolition of finishes, windows, mechanical and electrical systems; modifications to existing fire protection systems; interior finish out including drywall partitions, doors, raised access flooring and ramp, epoxy coating, paint, baseboard, mechanical, electrical, and data; exterior wall patching and stucco infill. The scope is more fully described in the Attachment D - Project Manual, and Attachment E - Project Drawings, which include specifications, drawings, and other contract documents, prepared by the A/E of record, Marmon Mok Architecture, and TFC.
