The Project consists generally of the following major items: Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work necessary and incidental to the installation of 509 LF of storm sewer, 5 Catch Basins and castings, 1380 LF of concrete curb & gutter, 1110 LF of 5 LF Sidewalk, 8 concrete curb ramps, 2118 SY of milling of existing pavement, 2450 SY of 3 asphalt concrete, erosion control, traffic control and setting up detour, and other pertinent items including seeding and restoration. Bidders will be required to show evidence that they are licensed to perform the work in the Bidding Documents as required by North Carolina General Statute, Chapter 87 and the Instruction to Bidders. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders.
