Reference Number 0000330485 Question Acceptance Deadline 10/06/2023 02:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes Specification for containment fill station with control panel. Product must be manufactured in the United States of America. The fill station shall be designed for a maximum input pressure of 6000 PSI. The fillstation shall be constructed of 1/4" steel plate and steel tube fill pockets. The filling station shall be finished with a highly durable powder coat. The fillstation shall fully enclose two SCBA or SCUBA cylinders while being filled. Venting shall be provided to allow air from a ruptured cylinder to escape the fill station while being directed away from the fill station operator. . The fillstation doorshall utilize gasshocksto allow opening and closing with minimal operator effort. A safety interlock shall be provided that will prevent refilling of cylinders unlessthe fillstation door is securely closed and latched. The latching mechanism shall provide the user with optional manual lockout capabilities. Two fill hosesshall be located within the fill station. Each hose shall have a bleed valve and a fill adapter of the buyer's choice. The fillstation shall be tested and certified lo at least! 5700 PSI burst pressure by an independent third party. The fill station shall meet and exceed the standards and requirements set forth by NPA 901-2016. Control Panel The fill station shall be equipped with a cascade control panel that provides the following standard features: o 4 Cascade hank controls valves o Dual High Pressure Aluminum Manifolds o 4 Cascade bank pressure gauges 2 1/2" liquid lilied o Adjustable fill pressure regulator o Pressure regulator input and output gauges 2 1/2" liquid filled. o 2-cylinderJill valves o 2 Fill pressure gauges 2 1/2" liquid filled. o I regulated auxiliary fill valve
