Passenger Transportation Regulatory Division Building 2615 NW 10 Ave Miami FL 33127 License Requirements: Roofing Contractor; General Engineering (Contractor must obtain and submit all permits prior to performing any work). Scope of Work: (Contractor must obtain and submit all permits prior to performing any work.) A. Work under this Contract includes furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment and performing all operations required to construct the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. B. Work includes but is not limited to furnishing all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools and performing all operations necessary for the removal of approximate 4,500 square feet of existing damaged roof and installation of a new roof system and insulation, designed for complete positive drainage buildings, flashing all rooftop penetrations including but not limited to mechanical exhaust vents hood systems rooftop units and vents through the roof, electrical conduits, scuppers, and all appurtenances, and provide additional warranty services. Work also includes removal of and disposal of existing air conditioning unit and furnish and install a new air conditioning, rooftop Ruud/Rheem Package Unit 4-ton, 230 volts, 3-phase, with new curb; and replacement of (6) existing rooftop exhaust ventilators with new curbs. Work also includes Demolition of two 14"L x 3"H x 5" D metal boxes covered with stucco. The two boxes are located at the top front and top back of the building. Once removed, the wall must be repaired and painted to match existing color. All work to be performed in accordance with the latest Florida Building Code.
