* Award subject to final approval. A.1 Existing Repairs: A.1.1 Inspect seals around all north facing windows on top floor and provide necessary repairs. A.1.2 Replace missing bottom window trim on north west corner, second floor of building A.2 Existing Repairs with Exploratory Assessments: A.2.1 Remove damaged siding panel(s) on north elevation. Investigate for damage underneath panels. If no damage, replace with Allura smooth vertical panel, (panel must color-match existing siding). If there is damage, report findings to Contract Administrator. A.2.1.1 The City will review recommendations from Contractor for different products however, exercise the right to determine what materials are used for replacing damaged panel(s). A.2.2 Investigate and locate the source of the leak that is entering the E911 communication room. Report findings to Contract Administrator. A.3 The City is aware of the above issues, any other noted deficiencies should be brought forward to the Contract Administrator. Include the rate for repair work and mark-up on supplies/materials for deficiencies outside of scope.
