Lake Oswego School District ("District") will be accepting sealed bids from all interested bidders for the Temporary Traffic Signalization For Uplands Elementary School Classroom Modulars Project ("Project") located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Parking is not available at this intersection, so attendees should plan ahead. Unless the District elects, in its sole discretion, to schedule additional pre-bid meetings, this prebid meeting will be the only opportunity for interested parties to receive a comprehensive overview of the Project. Information provided at this pre-bid meeting is not binding on the District unless it is incorporated into the bid documents by formal addenda. As pursuant to ORS 279C.370, contractors are required to complete the first-tier subcontractor disclosures form. The completed form must be received at the Palisades World Language School, at 1500 Greentree Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034 within two hours of the bid time and date. This contract will be for a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875 (prevailing wage law). Bidders should visit the site as many times as needed to become familiar with the local conditions and shall carefully examine and judge for themselves the character of the work conditions, including but not limited to access, topography, weather, and the kind and quality of materials to be encountered in excavation. All Bidders shall be conclusively presumed to have knowledge of such in the preparation of the Bid and the execution of the Contract.
