Reference Number 0000331068 Delivery Point Orange County, New York Purchase Type Term: 11/01/2023 12:00 AM EDT - 10/31/2024 12:00 AM EDT Option: 3 yrs + 2 additional 1-yr terms Piggyback Contract The College aka SUNY Orange is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call mechanical maintenance including new installations, HVAC maintenance, repair services or emergency services at either campus, in Middletown or Newburgh. The requested services will be utilized on various mechanical systems throughout the College. The selected firms are to be available on an on call basis as work arises. Repair HVAC equipment, including but not limited to the following : Boilers, packaged RTUs, split systems, uni-vents, water source heat pumps, walk in refrigerators/freezers, cooling towers, mechanical/pneumatic valves and refrigerant leak checking, recovery and replacement. Award may be to multiple vendors. The Contractor shall furnish a bid bond in a sum equal to {10}% of the bid price, renewable annually for the term of the contract. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept any proposal or proposals as submitted, or as modified, which in the opinion of the undersigned will be in the best interests of the College Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - FOB Destination - Insurance Required - License Required - Onsite Maintenance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Each bid from a Contractor must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check, payable to the OWNER Orange County Community College, in the amount of ten-percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid as security therefore *The undersigned reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept any proposal or proposals as submitted, or as modified, which in the opinion of the undersigned will be in the best interests of the College
