Oakes park is the home base for Fort Erie Minor Baseball and includes their administrative office building, washrooms and a concession stand. The park also includes 5 baseball fields, 4 of which are illuminated for night play. The lights on the hardball diamond were installed approximately 30 years ago and now require replacement. This project is consisting of replacing the existing poles, conduits, wirings and replacing the lighting fixtures with LED sports lighting system as per Engineer design and permit. To enhance the overall sporting experience, reduce energy consumption, and promote sustainability, our purpose is to upgrade the LED lights at the sports field, ensuring optimal visibility, improved safety, and a positive environmental impact for athletes, spectators and the surrounding community. All tenders must be accompanied by a Digital Agreement to Bond and a Digital Bid Bond in the amount of $10,000.00 payable to The Corporation if the Town of Fort Erie. All communications in relation to this tender must be submitted via the Bidding System by October 3, 2023. The Town of Fort Erie will not respond to questions submitted in any other manner. The Corporation of the Town of Fort Erie reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and the lowest or any submission will not necessarily be accepted. Award subject to final approval
