Colquitt County is accepting sealed bids for Corporate Hangar Building project will be received by the Moultrie-Colquitt County Airport Authority at the Colquitt County Courthouse Annex. Final design and construction of a 120' x 100' corporate hangar building, including the associated foundation slab. Associated site work, including rough grading, construction of a proposed taxilane and apron, and installation of utilities to a point 5' outside of the building footprint, is not included in the scope of work for this project. Each BID shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope, marked and addressed as required below; and shall be accompanied by the Bid Security and other required documents. If the BID is sent through the mail or other delivery system, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a separate envelope with the notation BID ENCLOSED for (Project Name) on the face thereof.
