PWC is seeking to engage the services of a qualified engineering firm to provide the following services: Evaluate and prepare a detailed engineering and design to upgrade and retrofit existing the Generator Relay Panels to SEL Microprocessor Relays and SEL revenue meters for Fayetteville PWC Butler Warner Generation Plant. The relays will be programed and configured prior to installation. Additionally, the firm will provide services for the installation, testing and commissioning of the relays and associated panels. The firm will provide the following: Modified Plate/Panel Layout / BOM Drawings, AC / DC Schematics, Wiring Diagrams, One-line Diagrams, Meter Settings, Meter Design Drawings, As-Built P&C Drawings and Relay Settings in electronic, and paper format. Written questions shall be e-mailed to victoria.mcallister@faypwc.com by the date and time specified in the RFQ schedule. In accordance with PWC's MWDBE Program, the goal shall be to award six percent (6%) of the total contract dollars to MBE firms and five percent (5%) to WBE firms. A complete copy of PWC's MWDBE Program is available for inspection at PWC Procurement Department. Submit Written Questions Wednesday, October 25, 2023, by 5:00 P.M. EST PWC reserves the right to reject any or all submittals.
