As of January 8, 2024, no award was made and no definite date for the rebid. Notice is hereby given that the City of Desoto, hereinafter referred to as the "City," is soliciting a Request for Proposals from firms that can provide (manufacture or procure) and install temporary office and housing space to serve the personnel of a fire station during the remodel of that station. The City will consider turnkey solutions for purchase or rent. Any costs associated with the recovery of the proposed facility at the end of a rental period should be included in the proposal. The office and housing solution sought will be installed on the sight of the existing fire station located at 1301 W. Pleasant Run Road. A site plan of the existing station facilities is included herein. Interested parties are encouraged to visit the location and perform any investigation that they deem appropriate to enhance the quality of their proposal. Written questions regarding this RFP must be received by the Purchasing Office Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document. Oral statements or instructions shall not constitute an amendment to the RFP. Questions Shall Be Directed to: Procurement@desototexas.gov Question Deadline 10/06/2023 at 5:00 PM CT
