Improvements at Comly Estates Phase 2. The project limits include the entire length of Parsons Road (1,800 LF), Van Riper Court (370 LF), and Samual Court (526 LF), and a partial length of Anthony Boulevard (1,490 LF), Frances Road (1,063 LF), and Stephen Avenue (1,119 LF). The total project length is approximately 6,611 linear feet (1.252 miles). The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: resetting existing manholes; replacement of existing catch basins with pre-cast catch basins; replacement of storm inlets and castings; removal of existing damaged curbs and installation of new concrete curbs; asphalt milling and road resurfacing; replacement of traffic control signs; and, traffic striping. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Guarantee in an amount of the lesser of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price or Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00), in the form of a certified check or cashier's check payable to the Borough or a Bid Bond issued by a Surety authorized to transact business in New Jersey and found acceptable by the Borough. Each bid must also be accompanied by the consent of a similarly acceptable Surety, guaranteeing a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond and a one hundred percent (100%) Labor and Material Payment Bond will be furnished upon award of the Contract.
