Professional of Record Nmhs Gym Seismic Retrofit. Medford School District (the "District") was awarded a Seismic Rehabilitation Grant through the Infrastructure Finance Authority: Business Oregon. As part of this grant, preliminary rehabilitation feasibility reports and cost estimates shall be used to ensure the project is in compliance with grant requirements. The District is seeking proposals for the architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical design for the Seismic Rehabilitation of NMHS located at 1900 N. Keene Way, Medford, OR 97504. The district reserves the right to (1) reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it's instate bidders and (3) to reject for good cause any or all Bids that are not in the best interest of the district (4) to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any formalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever its is deemed in the sole opinion of Medford School District to be in its best interest Construction is anticipated to start in June of 2024, with the Project being substantially completed by September 1, 2024. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
